1. Reservations
Reservations must be made using the designated method.

Check-out: 11:00

3. Payment
Credit card, PayPal

4. Cancellation and Refunds
・Up to 5 days prior: Full refund
・4 days to 1 day prior: 50% refund
・Same day/No-show: No refund

5. Cancellation due to Facility Circumstances
If accommodation is difficult due to natural disasters or equipment malfunctions, a full refund will be issued.

6. Prohibited Activities
Noise, parties, and damage to the facility are prohibited.

7. Disclaimer
The facility is not responsible for accidents, theft, natural disasters, etc.

8. Damages
If damage is caused to the facility due to the guest's intentional act or negligence, compensation may be required.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be changed as needed.
